1. Before returning the product
Our support center will help you through troubleshooting. If the problem persists on a unit under warranty, BUFFALO may provide replacement unit.
2. Arranging shipment
When returning the product, each unit must ship freight prepaid, attached with a proof of purchase, under appropriate package condition in order to avoid physical damage.
Any return without proper packaging or not under warranty may be refused and returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
3. Warranty Void List
Warranty may be void if a unit is under such condition that:
a. not purchased through authorized distributor/reseller in your region
b. without BUFFALO serial label
c. out of warranty
d. shipped without no instruction from the technical support team
e. stolen / imitated
f. unopened / without proper packaging
g. re-sold / not sold as new
h. malfunctions due to misuse or any unpredictable accident
i. with physical damage
j. altered internally/externally or found to be altered
